I have a lease signing for a financial services firm today-the deal is
as follows:

• 2000 square feet consisting of a 1600 square feet full floor with a 400 sf penthouse duplex as well as a 500 sf terrace-the term is for 7 years and the rent is $10,500 per month-electricity is direct to con ed and escalations are 4% annually

I placed a few retail food stores I will list their deals as follows:

• 875 3rd ave food court—10 year term—-800 square feet rent is 4K per month
• Upscale all natural juice bar-in the Rockefeller Lower Concourse Mall - they took 500 square feet at 10K per month on a 7 year term
• I placed a 5000 square foot office tenant at 15 W 36th st on the entire 3rd floor-rent is $32 psf-5 yr term
